Refund Policy

1. Free trial

A 1-day free trial can be claimed via the /free-trial command of our Discord bot. No credit card is required during the trial. You will only be charged after explicitly subscribing to a Basic or Premium plan.

2. First monthly subscription

If you are unhappy with your first monthly subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment, no questions asked.

Beyond that window, or for subsequent monthly renewals, refunds are not granted: you can cancel anytime to avoid being billed for the following month.

3. Annual subscriptions

If you subscribe to a yearly plan, you have 14 days to request a full refund. After that, a prorated refund covering remaining months may be considered case-by-case, provided you can document a persistent technical issue.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@kupoflip.com from the email address tied to your Stripe account, including: your Discord ID, the payment date, and the reason (optional for 7 / 14-day refunds).

We process requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.

5. Exclusions

No refund will be granted in case of: breach of the Terms of Service, account sharing, requests filed after the windows above, or disagreement with an in-game decision made based on the opportunities we display (estimates remain indicative).
