Terms of Service

1. Service overview

KupoFlip is a web tool operated by Graviton Ltd. (incorporation in progress) that aggregates public Final Fantasy XIV Market Board data through the community-driven Universalis API. The service surfaces price gaps between Worlds and Data Centers to help players spot arbitrage opportunities.

KupoFlip is not developed, operated or endorsed by Square Enix. FINAL FANTASY is a registered trademark of Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing KupoFlip and signing in with Discord OAuth, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any clause, you must stop using the service.

3. User account

Access to KupoFlip requires a valid Discord account. You are responsible for keeping your Discord credentials private and for all activity carried out through your KupoFlip account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account engaged in abusive behavior (scraping, API limit circumvention, large-scale account sharing).

4. Subscriptions and free trial

A 1-day free trial, with no commitment and no credit card, can be claimed via the /free-trial command of our Discord bot (once per account, subject to a cooldown between claims).

After the trial, access to advanced features (full cross-DC, unlimited opportunities) requires a paid Basic or Premium subscription, monthly or yearly, processed through Stripe.

5. Payment and cancellation

Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe. KupoFlip never stores card data.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no proration is refunded except as covered by the Refund Policy.

6. Nature of the data

Opportunities surfaced by KupoFlip are computed from public, estimative data. They are not a guarantee of profit. The in-game market is volatile, and prices can shift between a scan and your actual buy / sell.

KupoFlip cannot be held liable for lost gil, a bad investment or an adverse price movement.

7. Intellectual property

The KupoFlip code, design, artwork and brand are the property of Graviton Ltd. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

FFXIV item names, icons and universe remain the property of Square Enix and are used for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We strive to keep data available and fresh, without absolute guarantee. KupoFlip cannot be held liable for temporary downtime, incorrect data fed by Universalis, or in-game decisions made based on the estimates we display.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of Graviton Ltd. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
